Mike Cybulski

With over 20 years of experience in developing and farming high-quality wine grape vineyards, Mike has a wealth of knowledge and expertise not only in California vineyards but also in Oregon and Washington. In his role at AVM, he is continually rewarded by the many accolades his entire team receives from customers whose expectations have been exceeded.

Prior to starting AVM, Mike was Vice President of Vineyard Operations for Premier Pacific Vineyards from 2006 to 2011. He was responsible for developing over 600 acres of hillside vineyards and managing over 1600 acres of world-class vineyards.

Mike also worked as the Director of Vineyard Operations at Pine Ridge Winery where he implemented many state-of-the-art viticultural practices to improve the wine quality of the Oakville, Carneros, Stag’s Leap, Rutherford, and Howell Mountain vineyards. While at Robert Mondavi Winery, Mike was responsible for managing over 1,200 acres of Napa Valley vineyards including ToKalon and Opus One. He began his career in vineyard management at Walsh Vineyard Management, one of Napa Valley’s leading vineyard management companies.
