Saul Wang

Saul Wang has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Saul currently works as a Corporate Counsel at Atlas Corp. since January 2023. Prior to this role, they were an Associate at Dentons from March 2021 to December 2022, where they specialized in M&A, Securities, and Corporate law. Before Dentons, Saul worked at Sangra Moller LLP, starting as an Articled Student from May 2019 to June 2020 and later as an Associate from July 2020 to February 2021. Saul also gained research experience at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC, serving as a Research Assistant for Professor Dennis Pavlich from May 2016 to April 2019 and for Professor Li-Wen Lin from February 2017 to August 2017. In addition, Saul worked as a Summer Student at Sangra Moller LLP in May to August 2018 and as a Project Coordinator (Global Licensing) at SAP from September 2017 to April 2018.

Saul Wang began their education at The University of British Columbia in 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Math. Saul completed this program in 2015. Following this, Saul continued their academic journey at the same institution and enrolled in the Juris Doctor (J.D.) program. Saul successfully completed their law degree in 2019.
