Tommy Roch Querton has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. In that year, they co-founded the 4Wings Foundation, a venture philanthropist and impact investor organization. In 2016, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of atlasGO, a holistic well-being platform. In 2018, they became an investor in Bounce. In 2019, they became an investor in Wefunder, Zeffy, and Smile Kombucha, which they co-founded. In 2020, they became an investor in Olmavita. In 2021, they became an investor in Oso Real and exited Hexeko.

Tommy Roch Querton has an extensive educational background. Tommy Roch completed a Master's degree in Science in Information Technology Management from Campbellsville University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship from Hult International Business School in 2016. In 2015, they completed an Erasmus program in Economics and Management at Galatasaray Üniversitesi. From 2011 to 2015, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles. From 2008 to 2011, they attended Saint Michel College, where they studied Business/Managerial Economics. Tommy Roch also attended Washington International School from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications from Outward Bound Belgium, FOD Economie / SPF Economie / FPS Economy, and Les Jeunes Entreprises ASBL.
