Bryan Lake

Bryan Lake's work experience begins with their current role as Director of Enterprise Technology at Atlas since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at VMware from 2014 to 2020, where they held various roles such as Sr. Financial & Process Improvement Lead, Sr. Manager of the Partner Recruiting Activation Team, Sr. Project Manager in the Global Sales Acceleration Organization, and Senior Business Analyst in Business Intelligence & Reporting. Before joining VMware, they worked at Bank of America as a Project Manager/Senior Analyst from 2013 to 2014. Bryan also has experience at Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad as a Project Manager/Continuous Improvement specialist from 2009 to 2012, at Grupo Asesoría y Consultoría as an Industrial Engineer Consultant from 2008 to 2009, at CEMEX as a Warehouse Manager from 2007 to 2008, at Linda Vista S.A. (Subsidiary of Ball Horticultural Company) as a Production Planning Manager from 2005 to 2007, and they served as a Student Representative at Instituto Tecnologico de Costa Rica in 2005 and 2006.

Bryan Lake's education history begins in 2000 when they enrolled at Tecnológico de Costa Rica to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Production Engineering, which they completed in 2006. Bryan continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Licenciatura degree in the same field in 2008. In 2010, Bryan pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Strategic Management of Information Technologies at Universidad de Leon, which they completed in 2013.

From 2016 to 2017, Bryan attended the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education where they specialized in General Management. In 2018, they enrolled at The George Washington University School of Business and completed a specialization in Strategic Business Management in the same year. Also in 2018, Bryan attended SBS Swiss Business School where they obtained a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their formal education, Bryan has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they obtained an ITIL Foundations certification from ITIL Certified. In 2015, they acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Finally, in 2018, Bryan completed PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from the AXELOS Global Best Practice institution.
