Charles Shen

Charles Shen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in executive management, sales, and business development across the Greater China region. Currently serving as the Country Manager for Atlas since September 2022, Charles leads operations for the largest Direct Employer of Record platform, facilitating international expansion and workforce management for companies. Prior roles include Managing Director at Take5 People, where Charles oversaw HR SaaS services in Asia, and Vice President at Tradeshift, focusing on sales and marketing strategies. Additionally, Charles held significant positions at Kuoni Group, ADP, Convergys, PeopleSoft, and Platinum China, successfully driving business growth and strategic initiatives. Charles holds an MBA in International Business from Maastricht School of Management.
