Edina Boglarka Kelemen

Edina Boglarka Kelemen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of payroll. Edina Boglarka started their career at IBM in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative. Edina Boglarka then progressed to the role of Payroll Specialist, where they were responsible for running payrolls, handling data gathering and reporting tasks, and addressing employee queries. Kelemen later became a Payroll Operations SME, where they managed payroll system updates, tax checks, training new team members, and supported upper management with reporting tasks.

In 2017, Kelemen joined Citi as an HRSS Payroll Specialist - Subject Matter Expert. Their responsibilities included payroll operations, payroll system maintenance, tax filings, and acting as a subject matter expert. Edina Boglarka was later promoted to EMEA Payroll Operations Senior SME and then to EMEA Payroll Team Lead.

Currently, Kelemen is employed at Atlas as a Senior Regional Payroll Manager, a role they assumed in May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Regional Payroll Manager at Atlas.

Throughout their career, Kelemen has demonstrated expertise in payroll management, tax compliance, system maintenance, training, reporting, and customer service.

From 2007 to 2010, Edina Boglarka Kelemen attended Partium University Oradea, where they studied English Language and Literature, focusing on general coursework in the field.
