Helga Spencer

Helga Spencer has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Helga is currently working as an Assistant General Counsel for Atlas, focusing on Employment Law and Compliance in Europe. Before that, they worked at Expeditors as a Corporate Counsel, specializing in Employment Law in the EMEA region. Prior to Expeditors, Helga worked at Littler as a Labor and Employment Attorney. Helga started their legal career as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Labor. Before transitioning into law, Helga worked as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where they handled monitoring, processing, and reconciliation of Fixed Income Derivatives trades.

Helga Spencer attended the University of Maryland from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance. Following this, they enrolled at the Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law.
