Moving on, at eBay, specifically with PayPal China, they played a crucial role as the 3rd employee, focusing on talent acquisition to build the China team. They then joined Gensler as the China HR Manager, where they developed HR strategies in talent acquisition, talent management, and people retention. They also worked with local leadership and the headquarters on global talent projects/programs and built a sustainable talent pool.

JJ H. then joined HRS - The Hotel Portal as the Human Resources Director APAC, where they developed the APAC HR team and provided strategic HR practices for talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, and total compensation. After that, they joined Baozun eCommerce Inc. as an HR Director, where they held the responsibility for HR functions. Currently, JJ H. is working at Atlas as the Director of People & Culture, APAC.
