They also worked with local leadership and the headquarters on global talent projects/programs and built a sustainable talent pool.

JJ H. then joined HRS - The Hotel Portal as the Human Resources Director APAC, where they developed the APAC HR team and provided strategic HR practices for talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, and total compensation. They worked effectively with business leaders to identify hiring needs, developed hiring strategies, and built a high-quality team in China and Asia.
