Michelle Papa

Michelle Papa serves as the Senior Vice President of HR Service Delivery, Global Benefits & Global Mobility at Atlas since January 2021, overseeing HR strategies across 160 countries and directly managing senior HR leaders. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Vice President of HR Service Delivery at ELEMENTS GLOBAL SERVICES and served as Vice President of Human Resources Operations at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, where Michelle developed HR reporting tools for the Americas region. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Firmenich, AES, Weichert Relocation Resources, and PwC, where Michelle managed global mobility programs and multinational engagements. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a certified analyst of the Predictive Index System.
