Raveena Jain

Raveena Jain has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the HR field. Raveena is currently working as an HR Business Partner APAC at Atlas since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at ELEMENTS GLOBAL SERVICES from September 2021 to June 2022.

Raveena also has experience working with the British High Commission in India, where they served as a Regional HR Manager - South Asia & Afghanistan Directorate from September 2020 to June 2021. In this role, they provided HR advisory services and worked closely with senior stakeholders and partners in the region.

Before their time at the British High Commission, Raveena was the Region HR Head - North Zone at Eureka Forbes Ltd from June 2017 to September 2020. Raveena managed the end-to-end employee life-cycle and acted as a HR business partner for the North zone.

Prior to that, they worked at Snapdeal as an Assistant Manager HRBP from June 2016 to March 2017, and again from March 2015 to May 2016. Raveena also served as a Lead - Talent Acquisition (HR) from September 2014 to February 2015, where they focused on analytics hiring and ensured end-to-end recruitment processes.

Raveena's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Executive HR at MakeMyTrip.com from June 2012 to June 2014, as an HR Consultant at Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo Company) from January 2011 to January 2012, as a Process Executive at DBOI Global Services Pvt. Ltd. from April 2010 to December 2010, and as an HR Trainee at Hotel Clarks Amer, Jaipur from February 2009 to May 2009.

Raveena Jain's education history begins with their completion of XII from St. Mary's Convent Sr. High Secondary School in Ajmer, which took place from 1991 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a B. Com degree in Commerce from Sophia Girls College in Ajmer, from 2005 to 2008. Raveena then went on to obtain an MBA degree in HR from The ICFAI University, Dehradun, studying from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Raveena has also acquired additional certifications. Raveena earned the certification of SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting - Recruiter Experience 2020 from SAP Service Cloud in June 2020, and the AI Business School certification from Microsoft in May 2020. Furthermore, Raveena gained the Certified Interviewing Specialist certificate from People Strategists in December 2015, and they obtained the Social Media Recruiter certification from Sourcing Pro in the same month and year.
