Ray Lin

Ray Lin has extensive work experience in sales and business development roles. Ray currently works as the Regional Sales Director, Asia Pacific at Atlas. Prior to that, they were the Sales Director, Hong Kong & Taiwan at LexisNexis, where they led the sales organization to help customers leverage their solutions for informed decision-making. Ray also served as the Sales Director, North Asia at Medallia, where they led a team in bringing customer experience management technology to organizations in the region.

Before their roles in sales management, Ray worked at LinkedIn in various positions, including Head of Relationship Management, Senior Relationship Manager, Team Lead, Relationship Management, Relationship Manager, and Customer Success Consultant. Ray played an instrumental role in building and leading sales teams and advising corporate clients on integrating LinkedIn into their talent strategies.

Aside from their sales career, Ray has also been a Guest Lecturer at the University of Saint Joseph - Macao and pursued an MBA at HKUST Business School. Ray gained additional experience through internships at GE and London Business School. Ray Lin obtained their GCSE & A-Levels from King George V School from 1996 to 2002. Ray then pursued a BSc (Hons) in International Business (Economics) from Lancaster University, which they completed from 2002 to 2005. Ray later obtained an MBA with a specialization in Strategy from the London Business School in 2011. Additionally, they pursued another MBA in Consulting and Strategy from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Ray has also acquired various certifications, including being a Medallia® Operational CEM Certified from Medallia in September 2019. In October 2017, they obtained the Executive Coach certification from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, and in September 2013, they became a LinkedIn Certified Professional – Recruiter from LinkedIn.
