Abhijit Kumar

Abhijit Kumar is the current Head of Technology, Enterprise Cloud at Atlassian. Abhijit was previously with Oracle as Vice President from February 2010 to April 2017. At Oracle, they worked on Java EE and Java in the cloud, micro services development and deployment platform for Oracle Cloud. Prior to that, they were with Sun Microsystems Inc from February 2003 to October 2010 as Senior Engineering Manager. At Sun Microsystems, they led the organization responsible for infrastructure and management tools for project GlassFish. Abhijit was also responsible for delivery of GlassFish V3, Java EE SDK and Java Application Platform SDK.

Abhijit Kumar earned a BS in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.

Their manager is Rajeev Rajan, CTO. They are on a team with Scott Blacker - Head of Solutions Engineering, Venky Pandian - Head of Information Technology, and Namo Tiwari - Head of Information Technology.
