Adrienne Jackson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Cloud Enterprise Support at Atlassian since July 2019, Adrienne has held various leadership roles, including Group Manager and Enterprise Support Manager. Prior to Atlassian, Adrienne was the Senior Manager of Global Customer Support at Evernote, where a team of over 50 was led, and transactional NPS was introduced, significantly improving customer feedback scores. Adrienne also built the Customer Relations department at Luminex Corporation and managed customer service operations at Omni Austin Hotel Downtown. Early career experiences include roles in marketing and sales at Global Gaming Expo and MGM Grand, as well as coaching gymnastics for elementary students. Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
