Alexa Williams

Alexa Williams is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in talent branding and employer marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Brand Marketing Manager at Atlassian since March 2022, Alexa previously held the position of Manager of Employer Brand at Globalization Partners from July 2021 to March 2022. Prior roles at Red Hat included Employment Brand Program Manager, Recruitment Marketing Program Manager, Talent Program Support Analyst, and People Infrastructure Operations Coordinator from December 2014 to July 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a Staffing Coordinator at Leaders Staffing and as an Assistant Manager at Charlotte Russe. Alexa began the career at Indiana State University, contributing as a Student Assistant in Communications and Marketing and serving as the Editor of the Indiana Statesman. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Language Studies from Indiana State University and completed a study abroad program in Spanish Language, Literature, and Art at Universidad de Belgrano.
