Notably, Billy served as a Principal MTS and Director at PayPal from May 2021 to October 2022, and is currently a Senior Architect at Atlassian, focusing on cloud infrastructure. Previous positions include Senior Engineer at Netflix, where contributions were made towards building scalable edge service infrastructure, and a Technology Evangelist at Microsoft, leading architecture design for a diverse range of clients. Additional roles include Senior Systems Analyst at Sherwin Williams, Staff Engineer at Intuit, and Technical Lead at Commerce One.
