Char Popp

Char Popp currently serves as the VP and Head of Research + Insights at Atlassian since September 2024. Previously, Char held various leadership roles at Microsoft from April 2019 to September 2024, including Partner Director of UX Research for Microsoft 365 Growth, where Char co-led the UX Research organization focused on consumer growth. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of UX Research and Principal Product Planner at Microsoft, SVP and Global Head of Qualitative Research at PSB, and Vice President/Partner for Qualitative Services at Schireson. Char's educational background includes an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate from Cornell University.
