Florian Kaiser

Florian Kaiser is the Head of Workplace Design at Atlassian, where they oversee the design of the global office portfolio, including the new Australian headquarters in Sydney’s Tech Central Precinct. With a background in interior design and a first-class honors degree from RMIT University, Florian has held various roles in design management, including leading significant projects for National Australia Bank and working as a sessional lecturer at RMIT. Their focus on relationship building and sustainability drives their approach to delivering cutting-edge commercial fit-outs and innovative workplace solutions.
