Grace Kraus

Grace Kraus is the Head of Design at Atlassian, leveraging over 15 years of experience in building and managing diverse teams to deliver human-centered solutions. They previously held various leadership roles at Atlassian, including Senior Manager of Content Design. Grace also worked as a Strategist and Community Manager at TigerMom.com and held positions at Ogilvy PR Australia and Squiz, where they focused on content strategy, digital services, and stakeholder engagement. They earned a BA in Communications and International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney.
