Graeme Smith

Graeme Smith is a Principal Engineer with extensive experience in software development and management. They began their career as a Consultant at Capgemini and later progressed to key roles at Atlassian, including Development Manager and Senior Developer, where they significantly grew teams and capabilities within the organization. Graeme also contributed as a Software Engineer at Animal Logic and served as a Tutor at the University of Technology, Sydney, where they earned their degree. Currently, they are focused on hands-on engineering work, specifically on enhancing the Teams feature set across Atlassian products.
