Jane Kavanaugh

Jane Kavanaugh is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in recruitment and compliance coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Atlassian since November 2023, Jane previously held roles at the same company as a Sourcer, where responsibilities included sourcing Senior Support Engineers and managing a pipeline of candidates, and as a Recruiting Coordinator, effectively scheduling numerous interviews weekly. Prior to Atlassian, Jane contributed to The A21 Campaign as an Administrative/Compliance Coordinator and as a Communications Intern, supporting anti-human trafficking efforts. Additional experience includes roles at EQUIP AND EMPOWER MINISTRIES INC, AAGL, and Simple & Just, showcasing a commitment to organizational success and community impact. Jane earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Seattle Pacific University in 2017.
