Jialing Dailey

Jialing Dailey is the Director of IP at Atlassian, where they advise product and business teams on various intellectual property matters. Currently serving as the Secretary for the CNIPA/U.S. Bar Liaison Council, Jialing facilitates communication between U.S. stakeholders and the China National Intellectual Property Administration. Previously, Jialing worked as a Patent Attorney and Legal Counsel at various firms, including Oracle, and has extensive experience in examining and drafting patent applications in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. Jialing holds multiple degrees, including a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.
