Jörg Hecker

Strategic Customer Success Manager

Jörg Hecker is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in technology and customer success. Beginning a career at American Management Systems, Jörg focused on the financial industry in Germany, subsequently holding roles at Wipro Technologies, where Jörg supported outsourcing delivery models across various sectors in the DACH region. Later positions include Senior Delivery Manager at Sogeti Deutschland GmbH and Principal Customer Success Manager at Slack (now part of Salesforce), both of which involved leading customer success initiatives. Jörg also held significant roles at Pivotal Software, where responsibilities included engagement direction and leadership in Europe. Currently, as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Atlassian, Jörg partners with enterprise clients to optimize their use of Atlassian products and drive business transformation. Jörg holds a degree in Computer Science from the Karlsruher Institut für Technologie.
