Katie Maher

Katie Maher is a Principal Program Manager on the People Team at Atlassian, where they focus on enhancing organizational effectiveness. Previously, Katie worked as a Director in PwC's Organization & Workforce Transformation Deals practice, bringing eight years of experience in change management and human capital consulting. They have held various roles in communications and public relations, including positions at Cohn & Wolfe and Havas PR US. Katie holds a BA in Communications from the University of Maryland College Park, along with additional studies in Spanish culture at Universitat de Barcelona. They also serve as a Board Member for the Center for Neighborhood Technology, promoting sustainable and equitable communities.
