Kaustav Das

Kaustav Das is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and software development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Atlassian, Kaustav previously held multiple roles at Microsoft, including Principal Group Engineering+Science Manager for Microsoft Turing, Principal Software Engineering Manager for the Experimentation Platform, and Research Software Development Engineer. Kaustav Das earned a PhD in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, completing the degree in 2009, and holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, obtained in 2003.
