Laura Dodd

Laura Dodd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and operations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the General Counsel at Atlassian since March 2015, Laura ensures effective engagement with the Board of Directors and oversees a strategic legal team. Prior roles at Atlassian include Head of Program Management for the Product Portfolio, where Laura collaborated with cross-functional leaders to drive company strategy, and Senior Program Manager, focusing on execution excellence. Before joining Atlassian, Laura was Vice President of Operations at Sierra Energy, managing operational activities and strategic initiatives for complex waste-to-energy projects. Additionally, Laura has experience in transportation engineering as a Staff Engineer at Nichols Consulting Engineers and demonstrated leadership as President of Alpha Chi Omega's Theta Pi Chapter. Laura holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and has pursued further education at the University of Sussex International Summer School.
