Lisa Railey

Lisa Railey is a design leader at Atlassian, where they focus on user-centered design and balancing business needs. They have extensive experience in UX and service design across various sectors, including government and telecommunications, and have managed and mentored design teams in agile environments. Their previous roles include UX Specialist at the NSW Department of Education and Communities, Experience Design Manager at Scentre Group, and Principal Design Consultant at Macquarie Group. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from QUT and a Master's in IT - Interactive Multimedia from the University of Technology Sydney. They are also a Board Member for the Australian Web Industry Association and a Regional Coordinator for IxDA Asia Pacific/Oceania.
