Louise Wright

Louise Wright is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning multiple industries. They held the position of HR Coordinator at The Coca-Cola Company from 2005 to 2007 and subsequently progressed through various roles at organizations such as Qantas, PwC, and the NRMA, where they led significant culture transformation initiatives for approximately 2,300 employees. Currently, Louise serves as the Principal HR Partner in Engineering at Atlassian, contributing to strategic HR initiatives. Most recently, they were the General Manager of People & Culture at OrotonGroup, where they focused on driving the organization's HR strategy and business growth.
