Lukas Lampert

Lukas Lampert is a Senior Support Engineer 2 with extensive experience in application support, currently working with Atlassian products and specifically Jira Cloud since December 2020 at both e-Core and Atlassian. Prior to this role, Lukas spent over a decade at Dell, where responsibilities included Level 2 support for various technologies such as Middleware and Oracle SOA, culminating in positions as Application Management Advisor and Senior Analyst. Lukas holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
