Matt Duleone

Matt DuLeone is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. Currently a Senior Software Engineer at Atlassian since December 2024, previously served as Head of Engineering at Care/of, overseeing all technology efforts, engineering teams, and technical direction. Matt's background includes roles at Slice, where as a Senior Software Engineer, ownership of front-end development for a web-based application was established, as well as significant contributions to high-scale applications at Grovo. Early career experiences include technical innovation at NBCUniversal and software development at Innovative Software Solutions Inc., alongside a foundation in customer service at TD Bank Group. Matt DuLeone holds a BA in Mathematics from Rutgers University.
