Michael Algozer

Michael Algozer is the Head of Professional and Advisory Services for EMEA at Atlassian, bringing 15 years of experience in the technology industry, particularly in Professional Services, Customer Success, Project Management, and Solution Architecture for SaaS vendors in the CX space. They previously held roles including Engagement Manager and Director of Professional Services at Medallia, where they contributed to the growth of the team in Australia and managed large strategic accounts across the APAC region. Michael began their career as a Manufacturing Test Engineer at Radiant Systems and has held operational roles at GrubHub.com and FanGo, demonstrating a strong capacity for innovation and team leadership throughout their international career. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
