Michelle Holmes is currently the Foundation Director at Atlassian, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to this role, they were the Manager at The Partnership to Strengthen Innovation and Practice in Secondary Education from 2015 to 2018 and have also served as a Fellow at the Tulane University Center for Public Service in 2008-2009. Additionally, they founded Her VOICE, NPC, and gained valuable experience working with the MacArthur Foundation in their Human Rights Program.
