Patrick Hill

Patrick Hill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technical program management at Atlassian since July 2012. In current roles as Senior Product Manager for Compass and Head of Reliability Process, Patrick oversees operational maturity across diverse technology stacks, collaborates with numerous global teams to assess competencies in key operational areas, and drives improvements to enhance overall organizational effectiveness. Previous roles at Atlassian include Staff Technical Program Manager and Site Reliability Engineering Manager, where Patrick developed operational readiness checklists and reinforced ITIL-style operations teams. Prior to Atlassian, Patrick served at Macquarie Group as a Senior Associate and Project Tools Team Lead, focusing on continuous delivery and the integration of SDLC tools. Patrick’s career began as an Applications Support Analyst at Kimberly-Clark. Patrick holds a Bachelor of IT in Business Information Systems from the University of Technology Sydney.
