Patrick Vandenberg

Patrick Vandenberg currently serves as the Lead for Executive Compensation and Compensation Strategy at Atlassian since June 2023. Prior to this role, Patrick held positions at LogicMonitor, including Manager of Global Compensation and Compensation & Total Rewards Analyst, from March 2021 to June 2023. Earlier experience includes working as a Compensation Analyst and participating in the HR Leadership Program at Halliburton from January 2019 to March 2021, after an internship with Halliburton in 2018 and a Human Resources internship at Comedy Works in 2017. Patrick holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
