Pony Smith

Pony Smith is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management and full stack development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Atlassian since June 2022, Pony has previously held significant roles at Workday as a Manager of Software Development Engineering and at Nielsen as a Senior Engineering Manager, where important products were brought to market and data infrastructure was advanced. Other notable positions include engineering leadership at Gracenote and various development roles at Rauxa, John Wiley and Sons, and San Francisco State University, contributing to a broad range of projects from web applications to content intelligence systems.
