Raluca Boca is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Global Customer Advocates & Operations Enablement at Atlassian since July 2015. Raluca leads global customer service teams across multiple regions and oversees operations enablement functions including quality assurance, capacity planning, and program management. Previous roles at Atlassian include Group Manager of Global Operations Enablement and Interim Head of Customer Advocates & Product Advocates. Prior to Atlassian, Raluca held positions at Office Depot where significant contributions included coordinating business transformation efforts and implementing strategic category management across Europe.
