Ren Pillay is a Principal Engineer/Architect with extensive experience in software development and solution architecture. Ren began their career as a Software Developer at QM Technologies and SMARTS Group before advancing to Senior Software Developer roles at Nasdaq OMX and multiple positions at Atlassian. Ren has taken on leadership responsibilities as a Senior Team Lead and Senior Technical Team Lead, focusing on system architecture, technology decision-making, and best practices in development. Ren holds a Bachelor of Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering and Mathematics from Macquarie University.
