Ritesh Rathi

Ritesh Rathi is a Design Leader at Atlassian, bringing over 17 years of design experience to the role. Previously, Ritesh held positions at notable organizations, including the Boston Consulting Group, Asian Paints, and Human Factors International, where they combined strategic thinking with human-centered design. Ritesh co-founded Designaren, a design consultancy, and has instructed courses in user experience and design thinking globally. They hold a Master's degree in Industrial Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
