Robert Zingale

Robert Zingale is an accomplished compensation and staffing analytics leader, currently serving as Head of Compensation at Atlassian since July 2022. Previously, Zingale held multiple roles at Alphabet Inc., including Sr. Compensation Manager where responsibilities included advising Other Bets and managing equity compensation portfolios. Zingale also led compensation strategy and staffing analytics at Nest. Prior experience includes being a Managing Partner at Toller Capital Management and working as an Executive Compensation Consultant at Towers Watson. Zingale holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University, completed a Machine Learning course through Stanford University, and successfully passed all CFA exams on the first attempt.
