Rouja Pakiman is a product design leader with over 12 years of experience in both B2B and B2C domains. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director and Head of Design for the Growth Platform at Atlassian, following a role as Director of Product Design at the same company. Rouja has previously held positions at Meta, Apple, and SAP, showcasing a strong proficiency in creating foundational design systems and elevating design teams. They earned a Master of Fine Arts in Interaction Design from the California College of the Arts, complementing their Bachelor's degree in Finance from San Jose State University.
