Ruby Grennan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various sectors. Ruby has held significant roles including Program Manager at Service NSW, Delivery Manager focusing on CX & Innovation at Revenue NSW, and Manager for CRM Marketing at Service NSW where Ruby established a Customer Relationship Marketing function. Additionally, Ruby contributed as a Marketing Manager at Triple J - ABC and Atlassian, and has further experience as a Regional Marketing Manager at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). Ruby holds multiple degrees including a Masterclass in Creative Intelligence and Innovation from the University of Technology Sydney, a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Fine Arts from the University of Sydney, and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing and Communications from the University of Technology Sydney.
