Simon Taylor

Simon Taylor is the Principal Lead UX Researcher at Atlassian, bringing over ten years of experience in user research to the role. Previously, Simon worked at YouTube, where they led UX research for the ACE team, and co-founded Twitter's Pathfinding Strategy research team. Simon has also held academic positions, including Collegiate Assistant Professor of the Social Sciences at the University of Chicago and Visiting Assistant Professor of History at Reed College. Simon earned a PhD in History from Columbia University, following a Master’s in Political Philosophy and a Bachelor’s in History and Political Science from the University of York.
