Sofia Pandelea is an accomplished UX professional with extensive experience in research and design, particularly in the tech industry. At Atlassian, from May 2019 to March 2021, Sofia served as a Lead UX Researcher, establishing the UX research team and focusing on enhancing customer experiences with Confluence and the Cloud Migration journey across Atlassian products. Prior to this, Sofia worked as a Senior UX Researcher at Riverbed Technology, where significant contributions were made to build the UX team and process from the ground up.
