Stephen Vitola

Stephen Vitola possesses extensive experience in intellectual property, technology transactions, and data security, serving as both counsel at law firms and in-house for various companies. They have advised on artificial intelligence and product development, negotiated complex software contracts, and managed commercial agreements and patent litigation. Currently, they are a Commercial Counsel at Atlassian and are pursuing a B.S. in Molecular and Cell Biology and a J.D. at Boston University School of Law. Stephen is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and before the USPTO.
