Windy Goodale is an experienced strategic customer success leader currently serving at Atlassian since November 2024. Previously, Windy held the role of Strategic Customer Success Leader for Broadcom Software's Tanzu BU, coaching enterprise customers and VMware teams to optimize their Tanzu investments. At Guidewire Software, Windy was the Senior Director of Customer Success Strategy, Operations and Executive Engagement, responsible for defining the customer experience, managing initiatives for customer success and retention, and overseeing the Corporate Executive Sponsor Program. Windy's career in customer success began at Salesforce as Director of Customer Success and Digital Transformation, where management of product adoption and renewals for large strategic customers was a primary focus. Windy also worked at Charles Schwab as Managing Director of Organizational Effectiveness, leading a team in operational excellence and transformation initiatives. Windy holds an MBA in Finance and Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from San Francisco State University.
