Yosuke Hara began their career at Softbank, one of Japan’s leading telecommunications companies, where they spent ten years as a provisioning system engineer and subsequently as a product owner for cloud services. During this time, Yosuke developed expertise in launching and developing SaaS solutions, including a video distribution platform for corporate clients. They later joined ServiceNow as a Senior Solution Consultant, initially working with enterprise clients in telecommunications and currently focusing on the retail industry, where they propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Presently, Yosuke serves as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Atlassian. Yosuke is currently pursuing education at 芝浦工業大学.
