Kristine Sanschagrin

VP, Strategic Sourcing & Sales at Atlast Food Co.

Kristine Sanschagrin grew up on a family farm in Southeastern Minnesota. She received a BS in Consumer Food Science from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. Her experience includes over 20 years working in the food industry with large and small companies, selling and marketing to the manufacturing and foodservice channels. She spent twelve years with Kraft Foods selling ingredients to manufacturers and later marketing brands like Philadelphia™ Cream Cheese and Oreo™ to US restaurant chains. More recently Kristine spent over eight years at Cargill both as an innovation marketing manager for high oleic canola oil and as the McDonald’s Business Unit Field Service Leader where she managed a team who trained and built relationships with the US franchisees and their 13,800 McDonald’s restaurants on gold standard practices for eggs, oil, and beef. Kristine also serves as a board member to the Ronald McDonald House Upper Midwest and has been a Girl Scout Leader for nine years.
