With experience in various roles such as Product Manager at Atlast Food Co., Atlast Application Team Manager at Ecovative Design, Principal Application Scientist at DSM, R&D Manager at Baldwin Richardson Foods, and Food Technologist at Stonewall Kitchen, Russell has demonstrated expertise in research and development, food science, and managerial positions. Prior to their industry roles, Russell also served as an Assistant Professor in Food Science at the University of Maine.
