Having worked in multiple sectors in the food and beverage production industry with distribution to national retail chains and foodservice brands, Vivian is excited to bring her 11 years of experience to the Atlas team. Specializing in product development, nutritional analysis, and portfolio optimization, she has created new products across a range of categories including bakery products, beverages, ice cream, and plant-based meat. Vivian attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University where she earned a B.S. in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise and looks forward to leveraging her experience to optimize and expand Atlast's core product line.
