Rafael Neira Fernández began their career in 2008 as a Consultor Risk Management at axesor, where they initially worked in phone sales before transitioning to in-person client management. In 2017, they joined ATLAX (formerly Axesor) as an International Business Manager, overseeing the expansion of the company into Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Portugal. Rafael then took on the role of Global Business Manager, supervising and supporting the commercial flow for ATLAX Spain in addition to the new subsidiaries. In 2022, Rafael was promoted to Head of Corporate Strategy & Market Development at ATLAX 360, where they are responsible for condensing their 10+ years of client experience into marketing strategies that align with business needs and subsidiary goals.
Rafael Neira Fernández holds a Master's degree in GESCO (Dirección de Marketing y Gestión Comercial) from ESIC Business & Marketing School, which they completed from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2006, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Comunicación audiovisual at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. In 2007, Rafael attended the New York Film Academy for a one-year screenwriting program, specializing in Guión de cine y televisión.
