Nimalika Ekanayake

Nimalika Ekanayake has a diverse work experience starting from a Trainee Software Engineer at Atlink Communications Inc. in 2012. Nimalika then moved on to become a Software Engineer from September 2013 to December 2016. Following this, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2017 to June 2019. Nimalika briefly held the role of Associate Tech Lead from June 2019 to December 2019 before being promoted to the position of Tech Lead in January 2020, where they currently work. In addition to their professional experience, they were a Postgraduate Student at the University of Colombo School of Computing from March 2016 to August 2018, and an Undergraduate Student at the University of Moratuwa from July 2009 to December 2013.

Nimalika Ekanayake obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Colombo, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology at the University of Moratuwa from 2009 to 2013. Nimalika Ekanayake began their education at Girls' High School Kandy, where they attended from 1999 to 2007. No specific degree or field of study was mentioned for their time at Girls' High School Kandy.
